    Where is my new phone?


      I ordered a Galaxy S4 for my recontracting. The loyalty rewards specialist told me that I should be able to pick up the phone today at my preferred Globe store. There's no feedback from the store yet. I'm disappointed because my plan changed effectively today. My new plan is now running but I don't have the phone yet. I've been reading blogs about having long delays for their new phones and I don't want to have the same problem. I am a loyal Globe customer eversince, and I don't deserve this kind of customer service. Can anyone help me?
