If you are already outside of the lock-in period you mayt call 211 from your mobile phone or 7301000 landline and get connected to the rewards and loyalty department for your options
If you are already out of the contract or about to end, please call (02) 730-1300 (choose options 1, 1, 2) - toll free and get hold of the Rewards or Loyalty Department. They are in a position about getting a new phone and upgrading your plan.
