Has this been going on for a long time already?
If you say that it happens to a lot of people in your area then perhaps Globe's network in that area has a problem maybe due to their "system upgrade".
At about June last year the same thing was happening in our area for about a month. Because of this and the report I was giving, Globe did not charge me for the subscription for that month.
yeah its been going on for about 2 months now and i keep filing support tickets and they always reply we will be back to you within 24 hrs but never replied.. where near globe telecoms main office in boni pioneer do you thinks its an upgrade?
