          Where did you avail this new line?

           

          Did you try to follow up line activation by calling the hotline 211  or visiting a Globe Store?

           

          Next time, Just give a little more information about your concern.

          A shout for Help maybe enough for emergencies but for Globe concerns, it's not.

            Just a piece of advice, you don't need to wait for almost a month for simple request like this. If one channel can't provide a prompt resolution, reach out to another channel.
