    Z10 Bad Customer Service

      To whom it may concern,

       

      I am not happy with the service that I am getting with Globe now, I have been calling the customer hotline for more than a week and they keep on saying that the phone will have a signal within 24-48 hours but still nothing happened. This is unfair on the customer's part because I am not enjoying what I am paying for.

       

      I spoke with one of the Supervisors named Mr. Salvador and he was not a good team leader her agent is much better on handling a call, He keeps on asking me a lot of questions which I have already answered before (reference # 50549268 ; 50652770 I was not able to take note of the other reference numbers).  He doesn't want me to speak. He sounds very scripted as if he was reading something. He did not even call me back as promised. The tone of his voice was not accomodating but arrogant.

       

      Globe should train their agents with good customer service skills and communication skills. They should be very particular with gathering information specially we are talking about accounts. I have a lot of pending cases with Globe if you can pull it out from you system by using my mobile number (if you have a good system).

       

      I have been using Globe for more than 7 years now. I decided to sign a contract with you guys last 2011 for two years and decided to re-sign another contract and this is what I get. Globe does not value a customer's loyalty. I'm planning to share this inconvinience to the National Telecommunications Commission, maybe they will be able to assist me much better.

            You are not the only one who is not happy with the present service of Globe but we are forced to deal with it because of our needs and other telcos have either the same, worse or just a tad better and leaves us no choice for the moment.

              Moving on with your concern.

               

              If your concern is the (LTE) Micro SIM card activation, I suggest you visit any Globe Store and request for the immediate activation.

               

              If you have other concerns, you may raise them as well to the After Sales Specialist in the Globe Store.

               

              I can't stop you from sharing your concern with NTC or even with @superstarmarian, she's a Psychology, by the way.

               

              But NTC and @superstarmarian cannot activate your (LTE) Micro SIM card.  That's a fact.
