Good day AzmoD3uS,
Sorry to hear that, most of the postpaid numbers are very easy to guess since their prefix numbers were 0917*****, inaakala ng mga spammers and scammers na marami itong pera since they afford to have a postpaid line.
May I ask, does this spam messages incur frequently and has been a disturbance?
Pwede mo kasi itong i-report sa customer service para mabigyan ng warning. If accumulated na yung offenses for greater sanctions.
Hope this helps,
ganyan din nangyare saken.. may nagpadala nga saken ng text from psbank e..tinext ung balance sa creditcard..tapos may mga nagttext or tumatawag na di ko kilala.palagay ko talaga nirrecycle lang nila ung number
Hi @jerkpatz - Yes, the phone numbers are recycled. There is a six-month quarantine period. After 6 months, Globe will re-use the TN. All telcos recycle numbers. Not only here in the Philippines but also overseas. In the States, quarantine period lasts for 60 days.
Same here..I keep on receiving solicited sms and the problem was gone when I had my phone number changed by calling their 211 hotline .
