However, is it the on-site technician you are complaining about? or the technical problem you have which was not solved by the on-site techinican?

For technical problems 211 is much better than GBC. Technical problems must be diverted or filtered by greeters to hotline rather than gbc csr because 211 are trained and capable for troubleshooting especially on wimax and dsl.
you may also report the gbc csr at 211 if your not satisfied for their service lol and always ask for transaction id #
