      I have a filed a complaint regarding Globe on-site technician and its more than a month now yet the Globe has never taen any action. Why is that?

          Globe's investigation may be taking some time specially now that the "system upgrade" whether affected or not, could be made as a convenient excuse for everything.

           

          However, is it the on-site technician you are complaining about? or the technical problem you have which was not solved by the on-site techinican?

           

          What kind of action would you want or prayed for? You may want to be more specific so people in this community may be able to help you.

            For technical problems 211 is much better than GBC. Technical problems must be diverted or filtered by greeters to hotline rather than gbc csr because 211 are trained and capable for troubleshooting especially on wimax and dsl.

              you may also report the gbc csr at 211 if your not satisfied for their service lol and always ask for transaction id #
