I advise that you raise this specific concern to the proper channels. You can call the sales hotline 02-7301010 they are open 6Am - 10 PM. Or directly visit the Globe store where you applied your dad's line. Your dad should be there also if you will be going to the store. If not you'll need to bring an authorization letter from your dad, authorizing you to transact and his photocopied VALID ID and you valid ID as well.

I have the same concern of yours but its only one week since the approval and my S4 didn't arrive yet. I've been following up this concern on Facebook, Twitter, Online Chat, E-mail, and on 211.
In my case I got the unit on the scheduled date of shipping. I suggest you call the representative who informed you that your application got approved. Make sure to verify the shipping address.
