      Globe keeps on charging me for texting and calling a number which is actually enrolled to my super one. for my past bill, they waived the charges and promises me that it will never happen again. But now, when I checked my bill, they charged me again for that. I only text and call 1 number everyday that's why i enrolled it toy super one, what the heck is happening to globe?! i feel so disappointed. I don't wanna renew my plan after the 24month contract ends. :smileysad:

            You may visit any Globe Store and let them fix your concern.  Insist that you would like talk to any After Sales Specialist instead of calling the hotline again.

            Please give this network a chance.


            But you don't need to wait for 24 months if this network really cannot provide you the service that you need.

              I chose globe because you're a sister company of ours, BPI, so I really want this problem to be fixed because I've been very disappointed from the start when they've made a mistake on what plan to give me, there has been a lot of "error" on my subscription. Thank you, I'll just go to a Globe store tomorrow.
