To further isolate the problem please provide more information.
Are you on postpaid or prepaid?
Did it only happen now or even before?
What phone are you using?
Does it happen only 1 place or everywhere?
I'm a postpaid subscriber and this already happened to me several times but for just a short span of time cause I can fix it by restarting my Galaxy S3 phone. I've been staying inside my house since this morning cause im doing a report.
This happens anywhere

Thank you for your answers.
If Globe's signal is a problem it is usually isolated in one location and not everywhere a what you are experiencing.
There could be at least 2 reasons for your case:
1. Phone or phone settings problem in which case it might be best to bring it to the service center since you've been restarting your phone to temporarily access it; or
2. Sim problem in which case as suggested by @slithethroat in the other thread you started, contact Globe through their hotline or have it personally checked by someone from Globe in any of the Globe Business Center which might be better.
