Hi @YanaPilapil ,
I advise you to call the hotline for the proper isolation and assistance. Or you can do some trouble shooting on your end.
1. Powercycle - Turn off /on the phone.
2. Softreset - turn it off take off the battery and simcard or the simcard only if the battery is intact and place it back.
3. simswapping and phoneswapping. - insert your simcard to other devices that can support what type of sim your using and try to insert another simcard to your phone for isolation.
If ever that won't work Click here >>> www.globe.com.ph/contactus
@hcescala My sim was already activated. I'm using galaxy s3. I can already send messages and call. But what might be the reason for this problem? Because this happens to me very often and the recovery takes up to a day.
Try mo kayang i-manual yung network selection and choose GLOBE, para Globe na lagi.
