It's not you but several other people who have had accounts for the past 3 or 4 months who are having problems enrolling. I guess it's a Globe system glitch that they are still trying to resolve.
It took me two months to enroll my second line to MyAccount. Please call 211 or Tweet @talk2Globe in Twitter. I was told at first to wait for the first bill to be generated.

Just so you know, the MyAccount portal was down for a couple of months due to enhancement. It went live again first week of September.
