It is usually charged if you requested for a resend of the statement.
This is what I do not understand as to why Globe has to charge extra for resending your Statement via email if you are subscribed to Paperless Billing as it takes a simple push of a button to send it without any cost to them.
In a post by Community Manager @GlennO however which could be found at http://community.globe.com.ph/t5/Globe-Postpaid/Paperless-Billing-issue-PDF-file-emailed-is-corrupted/m-p/22736#M4288 I quote "The P60 bill resend fee will be reversed if you're not a Load-Tipid Plan holder."
It was suppose to be free, unless your a load-tipid plan subcriber w/c have 60php resend fee.
If you're a regular (my bestever plan) postpaid subscriber, and been charged by email billing then call 211 or tweet @talk2GLOBE and ask for a reversal.
