    monthly bill

      i called globe service hotline to inquire about my monthly bill, i was surprised for the amount im going to pay because it is less than the amount of my postpaid plan. is it possible?

          With Globe's system enhancements, anything is possible :smileyvery-happy:


          It's too early to celebrate though and we suggest that you wait for your Statement of Account to arrive so you could check the details of your bill as to how the amount was arrived at.


          It could be either that you paid an amount in advance, or some charges were not billed, or some adjustments on the billing cycle or perhaps even a pro rated reversal of charges due to the headaches caused by the recent system enhancements or some other reason...


          For us subscribers, better to be charged less than to be charged more.
