2 months na kami walang internet, laging sinasabi inaayos na daw pero every time I call CSR says different things, latest e wala pa daw yung pyesa.. I'm very fed up sa service nyo and I want out na. This is clearly your fault and not mine, I will not pay for something I cant use.
so how do I get out of this freakin contract of yours without having to pay disconnections fees. It's clearly Globes fault so I really think that I don't have to pay anything to have things disconnected.

Mga globe subscribers din dito sa ofc na nakadata plan swerte na kung umabot sa 1mbps yung lte or 3G. Sa totoo lang mas mabagal pa nga ang lte.
Napag-iiwanan na ang globe dito sa makati. Buti nagsishare ng connection yung mga nakaSMART lte dito thru hotspot. Sana talaga ngSMART na lang. Balitaan mo kami kung napacut mo na line mo sa globe. Good luck...
Seriously speaking, Globe Telecom's signal has improved a lot. I noticed this improvement both at work and at home. I live in Pembo, Makati City. Both LTE and the 3G signal works perfectly fine.
Every time I go home to the province for a short vacation, the 3G connection is stable and meets my expectations. I never worry about intermittent connection.
