      Subscriber for almost 5 years with globe. Currently living here in the US and my plan is still active, my daughter is now the one using globe's service. I have no plans of deactivating my service, I want to continue everything. This coming January 2014 my contract will expire, I would like to renew my contract and get a new phone(equivalent to my plan) or get a monthly discount for my bill. Is there a chance where globe can send me all the documents that I need to sign via fax ? Get a representative on my behalf? Or is there any way I can process this even I'm not physically available in the Philippines? Please help. Thank you in advance for your reply!
