Just want to follow-up my billing and cash-out issue. I haven't received billing since April but willingly paid 999/monthly. This month we asked again at Globe SM South Davao why still we don't received any billings and the staff found out that no billing sent to us cause our Cash-Out was monthly deducted or became our monthly payment which is WRONG/MISTAKE. Your staff advice us that not to pay the current month's billing since the issue is not yet fixed.
