    New Subscription Application Experienced

      I have submitted my application online several times but nothing happened to it and i don't know why. I think their sales online are not processing online application.

          I am sorry hear that. Many of the new line applicants here at the community are experiencing the way you do. But don't let your hopes down. Patience is a virtue.

          I advise you also to try going to Globe Business Centers as well.

            wag ka na sa online. sa pinakamalapit sa iyo na lang na globe business center.

              Very annoying, nkailang follow up n q pero walang nangyayari, hndi lng nasagot ng OIC ng office nmin ung call di n ulit tumawag, my pending application n q s online meron din via Globe business center and tomorrow I am planning to go to main office of globe in pioneer building s mandaluyong, lumayo n ng lumayo, I think ung transpo expenses ko kya nang byaran ung 1st monthly fee ng plan na inaavail q,..haha...I passed my COE, with 1 month payslip (15K including my fixed allowances) 2 ID's (including my TIN and company ID)...mg 2 week n sa saturday wala p dn, grabe nman tagal ng employment verification, npa2dalas n half day q s work kakafollow up...ung hotline nman, drawing ire2quest daw tumawg s office then hnggang ngaun wla p nman daw ntawag n globe sbi nung OIC ng office nmin..tsk...tsk...all I need to know is kung approved or hndi....patience and suggestions from you guys...thanks...

                Yes, di ko na nga mbilang kung nkailang tawag n q s customer service nila, madalas di sinsagot pg sinagot nman lging cnsbi ire2quest pero di nman umuusad,..kya naiinis n q tumawag pra ipacancel ung application ko, dhil wala dn nman cla gnagawa, like nung pnacorrect q ung tel number ng office nmin, nung pinakita skin nung agent s globe festival mall, di nman bngo, pano nila maveverify ung employment q kung mali ung tel number, nung ipinacorrect q nman, di nman daw cla ntawag s office nmin.

                  Ikinonsider nila ung address ng office nmin., ung electric bill nmin nkpangalan kz s lola q, which is deceased na...ok sana kung s mother ko, hihingi nlng aq ng authorization letter n pnapayagn nya qng gmitin ung electric bill nmin..we don't have other utility bill for proof of billing kz wala nman kming internet s bahay...kya un ang una qng tnanong s agent nung mg aapply plang aq.

                    Wala nman kso ni tawag s phone q for updates wla, db dapat iniinform nila aq pra updated aq kung ano n nangyayari s application q, ng di n q ngpupunta s globe center pra mgfollow up, , ska employment verification nlng kulang,.since monday nung di nsagot nung OIC nmin ng call, di n ulit cla tumawag, knina, bumalik aq s festival mall, ng apologize n nga skin ung agent eh, kso ni text or call kung ngkakaroon ng problem or lack aq s requirements wala, :-(

                      Haha...correct, buti at pasensyosa q, kz magastos s transpo pg balik ng balik s globe center for follow up, anyway, Thanks at try q mgpunta s pioneer building nila or khit sa Robinson Galleria, kz s mga nabsa q mas mabilis pg s metro manila area ;-)
