    internet speed is down from 2mbps to 0.32 and running for 4 days, does globe have a problem?


      3-4 days ago nag-slow down ang speed ng net from 2mbps to 0.32 last check as of 320pm, july 25.


      yesterday, globe tech team came and assessed the matter pero wala sila ginawa kasi nag-conclude agad supervisor nila na nagamit ko 5gb limit.


      ang nakakagulat doon, nung umaga ng 24 july, tumawag ako uli sa globe cs just to make sure, ang sabi ng globe tech support ay "hindi ko daw inabot ang 5gb limit"... same other 3 agents have said the same query. called dated back july 23 till today.
