      POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THROUGHOUT YOUR DEPARTMENT!!! i called to follow up on my second line application and an overly rude agent by the name of Jane agent id 118300 put me on hold for ETERNITY!

          yeah we all know that i been there those miserable times but here in our community we call it patience is virtue... relax don't give up there is always a solution in every problem.
