    Billing Error

      I was billed for one full month. I got my iPhone5 at Globe SM San Lazaro last May 20, 2013 and already paid on advnce Php1,799 + Php4,800 cashout. I was billed for full again in June due last July. Can you please adjust my next billing??? I reported this to. globe sm san lazaro but no more feedback nor text msg from them after my last visit in June 20. Hope i can get some help here...

          Were you billed twice for 1,799? Normally, the first bill is prorated + 1,799.

            Yes i approached a customer service lady, she even gave me a cell no i could call for follow-up however, the mobile no. is not working! Can you explain this dear globe?
