Baka mabagal talaga sa area niyo yun. Kung nagkakaroon ng disconnection. Kindly report it to Globe customer service and ask for a rebate para hindi mo babayaran yung mga araw na wala kang internet connection.
Please do the ff.
1. ping any website like www.jeiannueva.tk or google.com
2. check your signal strenght
3. try if you can open at least light website such as google.com
Then input your results
If the ping is higher than 300-500ms it is failed or it has packet loss
if the signal is 1-2 it is failed
if the website can open but slow and you expirience a failure above (your signal could be the problem)
if the website cannot open and you expirience a failure above (your signal could be the problem)
if the website is opened fastly but you expirience a ping problem (the network have problem) (report to your isp)
if the website is not opened and you didn't fail above - (Report to your ISP)
