It is much better po if you can give your PC specs for assessment if this can cause slow internet connection speed.
if you are using a Physical Connection Internet via Modem/Router from Globe... there might be other Wifi device user that is connected to your Modem doing video streaming or downloading large files thereby dividing your internet speed.
there might also be technical upgrades or system upgrades on your area that may cause slow internet speed.
if your are using a USB Plug it or Globe wireless internet like WiMax... there might be a weak signal acquisition thereby giving you weak signal reception that can result to slow internet speed.
