Madami po tayong issue ngayon regarding sa billing ng globe..nagsimula po ito nung nagupgrade sila..regarding sa call barring i suggest tawagan niyo po si globe since sila lang po ang makakapagdeactivate ng barring service sa inyong numero.salamat.
Had the same problem for my May and June 2013 bill. Just have the patience to call the Toll-free Hotline. They will send you the bill, adjust your one-time charges (for re-sending the bill), and waive late payment fees.
