Since your concern is account related it would still be best to request it via the hotline.
And if you already requested it. Hopefully it will be changed to your proper name. And if ever still not you can follow it up via the account representative.
I've requested to customer service to correct my registered name - I'm Olivia Vidallon Baccay not Oilivia Vivallon Baccay. It's still reflected in my account and my billing statement
You may also visit a Globe Business Center and present a valid ID. An ID that bears Olivia Vidallon Baccay.
