    The customer rep asked me to sign a contract. What does the contract mean?

      I visited SM Megamall to apply for a plan 1799 with an iPhone5. The csr asked me to fill-out a form then I gave her the required documents (cc billing statement, ids) then she said na walang unit na available which is iPhone5 the I ask her kung gaano katagal bago magkaroon? She said wala daw definite date. But I'm so eager to have an iphone, I ask her if pwede ko itry sa The Podium or Shang malapit lang naman kasi. Then sabi nya, okay lang daw. But she needs to photocopy the requirements that I gave her para daw naka in-line daw sa iPhone5. I said okay.

       

      Then bumalik sya ang sabi nya "Okay naman po ma'am" pero di ko nagets haha! Pero pirma daw muna ako kontrata. So I signed then I asked kung ano sasabihin sa ibang branch? Sabi nya new application parin daw. So umalis na ko kasi almost 8pm na, until 10pm lang ang Podium. Pero wala ding available na unit sa Podium and Shang, so hinayaan ko na yung sa Megamall.

       

      My question is does the contract mean na approved application ko? And also the availability nung unit, wala kasi syang binigay na reference number for follow up. Does anyone here know what contract was that? Sabi ko lang kasi, baka pakulong mo ko ate ha.

       

      Itetext daw ako pag may available unit na. Pero sa tingin ko parang ako rin magfofollow up kasi marami na kong nababasa na no feedback.
