Hi @luluandy there are cases na umaabot din ng weeks to month, prior to calling Globe basic troubleshoot muna.
1. Kindly Turn On/OFF your handset in order for it to acquire signal
2. You can try also to manual select your network
3. If wala pa rin signal, call the Hotline or tweet @talk2Globe to check your account kung bakit hindi pa activated yung SIM.
un akin nga umabot ng 3 days before naactivate... at un binigay pa na sim h+ lng... where in fact, lte sim dapat..
ansabi, babalik daw me sa globe store after two weeks to get the lte sim,.. until now wala naman.
Ang tagal ng Activation ng Globe Post Paid Sim ko... ilang days pa kaya... i got my phone yesterday 3pm august 5,2013 sabi nila 24hrs lang ang activation.. sobra na 24hrs. ngayon

Based on my experience, they asked me to sign a document. In indicated in the document that it takes 24-48 hours for the line to be activated. From time to time, turn the phone off and on again (with the new sim inserted to it).
If the sim is still not activated after 24-48 hours, please call 211 or Tweet @talk2Globe for assistance. You can go back to the Business Center as well for a follow-up. Have them activate it right away.
pwede ba talagang pa-activate..
yung bagong sim card sa business centers..?
the last time i tried that, they told me to just call the hotline..
anlabo nga kasi sila naman nag-issue nung sim..
i'm switching from a nokia e6 to an iphone..
and had to get a new one since..
di ko pwede gamitin yung regular sim sa bagong phone..
ang sabi nila, once active na yung nano sim..
mawawalan na lang ng signal yung sa nokia phone ko..
lampas 48 hours na since nakuha ko yung sim..
and i've already made 3 follow-ups sa hotline..
