HI @riasigno for fast response you may call the hotline(211) and tell to the agent to send a copy of your bill to your email address and check it after 5mins. You will definitely receive a copy of your bill.
i have sent two emails to globe requesting for a copy of my bill that includes the payment center where i paid the past bills. i haven't received any answer up to now. the emails has been sent several days ago.
In addition to what @jhuansaid, please Tweet @talk2Globe. Since you sent your to Globe several days ago, please check your Spam or Junk folders. At times, it goes straight to these folders. To prevent this from happening, add [email protected] to your contacts.
