HI @riasigno for fast response you may call the hotline(211) and tell to the agent to send a copy of your bill to your email address and check it after 5mins. You will definitely receive a copy of your bill.
i have sent two emails to globe requesting for a copy of my bill that includes the payment center where i paid the past bills. i haven't received any answer up to now. the emails has been sent several days ago.
In addition to what @jhuansaid, please Tweet @talk2Globe. Since you sent your to Globe several days ago, please check your Spam or Junk folders. At times, it goes straight to these folders. To prevent this from happening, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts.
