I suggest to call there hotline and asked for re-computation of you bill. Tell them you are covered with free globe & tm calls.

I had the same experience before but that's free 6 mos speed boost. I wasn't aware that I should indicate on the application form that I want to avail the said freebie.
Called up CSR and told them that I was not informed and assumed that it is going to be activated immediately as soon as the DSL is installed.
So they let it pass and activated the free speedboost. You may want to call them verify if you are included on the promo or not.
This incident hapened to me also on my first month. What we did was we called their hotline, and informed the agent that we were billed for Globe calls, even when their promo said free calls to Globe and TM lines. We ask them to recompute our bill, which they did, and we were told to pay at the nearest Globe Center, and that they will record the correction in their system. And so far everything has been perfect ever since!
