    I can't get any information/update about my phone that is sent to manila for repair...:(

      I dont know if this is the proper way,I am a postpaid user, Hindi ko ma.open bigla ang phone ko isang araw kaya nag,decide ako to talke it sa Globe Store (SM Lanang Premier - Davao) they check it and decided to send it to Manila for further check up and if incase for repair sabi ng CSR magtake ng 2 weeks to 30Days ang repair so umasa ako, that was July 5, 2013, sabi pa tatawagan ko for the updates kung may babayaran o wala. July 31, 2013 pumunta ako sa globe store, sabi nung CSR, wala pa raw update and wala pa sa kanila ang phone ko, Aug. 4, 2013 pumunta ulit ako for another inquiries nagbabasakali lng na andun na but sad to say wala parin daw ang phone and wala daw update kaya gumawa na sila ng escalation/report ba yun for follow up, later that night tumawag ako sa Globe Custumer Hotline same comments wala silang update at wala silang alam kung nasaan na ang aking cellphone sabi pa skin gagawa na sila ng follow up report at sabi mkakatangap ako ng tawag from them for the update, but sad to say dumating ang Aug. 6 wala paring tumawag so pumunta ako ng Globe Store sa SM Lanang Prin, same story wala parin ang CP and walang Kahit anung UPDATE from them, medyo naiirita na ako, but still pinahaba ko pa pasensya ko, sabi nila gagawa ulit ng follow up report. Umasa nanaman ako kasi sabi tatawag daw sila to give me update. Aug. 9, NO CALLS, NO TEXT, NO UPDATES FROM CSR NG GLOBE... Pumunta ulit ako dun, sabi nmn wala parin ang cp ko and wala pa silang update, sabi nanaman ipapafollow up ulit, at sila na raw ang pupunta sa office nmin since malapit lng sa store nila, may tatawag or magtetext raw? dumating ang kinabukasan walang nagpunta, NO TEXT OR CALL, pumunta ulit ako dun sabi nga nila patience is a virtue, dumating ako dun SAME PARIN ANG SABI!!!! WALA PARIN ANG CP AND WALA SILANG UPDATE NA KUNG ANU AT SAAN NA ANG CELLPHONE KO... GALIT NA AKO! para akong tanga? pabalik2 sa sa globe store? wala nmng nkukuha kahit update from them... nung nagsimula akong mag.react and state my side? syempre galit na ako, what do you expect from a person who waited too long for nothing? BE PROFESSIONAL GUYS! PLEASE HELP! THIS IS NOT A GOOD JOKE! PLS. I NEED A PROFESSIONAL RESPOND FROM YOUR OFFICE ON MONDAY! PLS.           When you returned the phone to Globe, was is still within the 7 day return policy which if defective they are supposed to replace it?

           

          If yes, then it should be easy for Globe to request for a replacement unit if none is available in Davao and tracing it should not be a problem.

           

          If no, then unfortunately, another level of follow throughs would make it more difficult to trace the phone as Globe would have to send it to the Cloudfone Service Center for diagnostics and repair (Globe does not do phone repairs). The problem with our local service centers distributing rebranded phones (Cloudfone, MyPhone, Cherry, Torque, etc) is that it takes a really long time for them to repair a phone easily citing out that they need to order parts from abroad then they have to test the unit several times and yada yada not knowing if these excuses are true or somply made up to cover for their inefficiences. More so, these service centers don't usually call their customers if the repair had been done. 

           

          I just mentioned the above to understand how things work around here hoping that it would get better in the near future.

           

          Nevertheless, since Globe received your unit then it's tantamount that they have accepted the responsibility of sending and monitoring the status of your unit and it would just be right that they inform you when when asked of such status.
