      good day! I am almost a 1 year old globe wima subscriber. and gusto ko itanong kung ano ang rewards for retention? and pag nagrenew ako ng contract pede ko ba siya iupgrade for premium account (3GB a day)? sa pagkakatanda at pagkakaalam ko, 25gb a month lang itong wimax na gamit ko ngayon.

      and may isa pa ako tanong. I don't know if I can call it an issue. may times kasi na nagddrop signal ko (one blinking light) or scanning though bumabalik naman agad. ano kaya problema non?

          Yes you can call the hotline for account upgrage

          No, wimax is checking the other available towers to connect to. So, this may happen about 15sec.-1min almost every 12hours or sometimes much frequent but not frequent as in every 5min or 1hr.

          There is a way to forgot this but it can only be done when you had an admin mode. And globe restricts admin mode now because of hacking their modems.
