    Medyo offended po ako sa Postpaid Application po sa Globe shops. Paiba-iba.

      matagal ko na po gustong mag apply for a plan for many reasons. 1st, para makatipid. mas malaki ang matitipid ko sa postpaid kesa sa prepaid. kahit baliktarin nyo man ang pag-ikot ng mga kulangot nyo, tama ako. 2nd, hindi stressful sa paghahanap ng loading station. 3rd, matatawagan ko lagi ang misis ko at ang family ko. isama na rin natin Globe and TM users na officemates at friends ko. 4th, may free phone. thus, tipid ulit. kahit mas mura ang pagbili ng phone, eh wala akong cash ngayon. pero may work po ako. sa call center. at kahit na lumipat man ako ng company, eh kaya ko paring bayaran yan. hindi ako isang tao na hindi mapagkakatiwalaan. pero naiintindihan ko nga naman kayo. alam kong business ang pinpatakbo nyo. hindi Charity. medyo offended lang talaga ako sa requirements ng most shops nyo. ung isa sabi sakin, dapat daw 1 year n sa BPO company. ung isa nmn dapat daw 2 years na. kung hindi daw na meet ang requirement na yan, kelangan may credit card. KAYA NGA MAG AAPPLY FOR POSTPAID PARA MAKATIPID EH! ayoko magmura dito dahil professional ako. pero kung ako lang talaga tatanungin nyo ng harap-harapan ngayon sa sobrang inis ko eh......bahala na si SPIDERMAN. maawa kayo. kukuha ako ng Plan nyo because it is a NECESSITY. NOT A WANT.

          hi @LimherJaredReyes  I understand your sentiments and I agree for what you have said, I dunno the real reasons why Globe is very strict sa applicants coming from BPO. Ang masuggest ko lang po if you have a relatives friends or officemates na Postpaid Subscriber na po pwede mo po syang pakiusapan na gawin mo syang guarantor for your application sa Globe Postpaid.

            I understand your sentiments Lim, pero at the end of the Day si Globe pa rin talaga makakapagsabi kung approve or hindi ang isangapplication at ano yung mga need nilang ilagay sa terms at sino mga tatanggihan nila, yes its business.

             

            One thing nakikita ko bakit mejo strict sila sa mga nasa BPO or Call Center siguro may alarming certain amount of applicants na hindi nagbabayad ng tama or tinatakbuhan yung bills nila, at most of them or some talaga hindi nagtatagal sa isang company at palipat lipat, siguro kaya ganun

             

            PERO, Globe provided several ways para makapagapply ka ng Plan at ito ay ma approve.

            Yun nga pwede guarrantor or pay the first 6 months advance bill payment ^_^

             

            Nung bago ako sa Globe Postpaid, i started Plan 499 para mabilis ma approve at yun kc swak sa Lifestyle ko at Sahod ko.

              Thank you for raising this concern to us and we do understand your concern regarding the importance of having a postpaid plan. It's a medium for an immediate communication especially to our love ones.

               

              Globe's policies are quite stringent for BPO employees because there are situations that some subscribers tend to transfer jobs for short period of time. Hence, having their postpaid bills taken for granted and eventually turn into default.

               

              However, we are not closing our doors for BPO employees who wanted to apply for a postpaid line.

               

              Here are the following options that we can provide:

               

              A. Managerial Level regardless of the tenure

              B. Below Managerial Level but more than two years in the company

               

              1.Proof of Identification
              2.Proof of Billing Address
              3.Proof of Financial Capacity
              4.Completely filled-out and signed Application Form
              5.Permanent billing address details (in case preferred billing address is company address)
              6.E-mail address
               
               
              C. For BPO Call Center Employees below Managerial level AND with tenure less than two years:

               

               

              A. If tenure is less than 3 months, additional requirements remain (Proof of Identification, Billing and Financial Capacity)
              - Auto-charge enrollment REQUIRED in your credit card
              - Charging of advance Monthly Service Fee to your credit card REQUIRED

               

              B. If tenure is less than 3 months but applicant does not have credit card, offer the following alternative options.
              - Line only application
              - Globe Guaranty Program

               

              C. If tenure is at least 3 months and less than two years, offer alternative option if applicant does not have credit card.
              - Line only
              - Six months prepayment of MSF + 1 month Advance MSF if with handset. Allowable credit limit is up to 2,000.
              - Globe Guaranty Program
               
              I started with a plan 299 at first and had a line only application. With the new Best Ever My Super Plan, for 299 you will get a 500 Peso Value that you can use for plain calls and text  or maybe choose a combo that will suit your need.
