    globe telecom agents wont appraise the real situation and status of my globe postpaid plan


      I applied for globe postpaid application last July 26, 2013 and have selected UNLI plan with cloudfone bundle as my corresponding gadgets.  but I was informed lately that my requested cloudfone bundle gadget are out of stock.  I have sent text messages to my agent RIAN asking several queries and even try to call them on what should I do.  Since I didnt receive any reply I opted to apply again online, this time choosing cloudfone thrill 430d as my gadget same plan.  But I was again refered to the same agent RIAN what to do next?
