    temporary disconnection

      "Temporary Disconnection" Service because "I am going out of the country".  Kinakailangan ko pa bang magbayad ng monthly bill kung temporary disconnected ang line ko for 30 days? At may extra charge ba kung ma-reconnect ang line ko after 30days? Salamat!

          why would you like to disconnect your account?you have options not to used it for a month naman para magbayad ka na lang ng MSF mo.

          I don't think globe allow such thing unless nagkaron ng billing dispute or problems with your account or  if you really want to,you will be paying the pre-termintation fee(medyo mahal)

          kaya my advised is better not use the data service na lang or choose a combo that suits your need abroad..sayang naman kasi..

            If magrequest ka po ng Temporary Disconnection wala ka pong babayadan sa month na disconnected ang line mo,subalit ang iyong lock-up period ay iaadjust ng isang buwan. Kapag nakabalik ka na po sa Pinas you need to request po na maactivate ulit ang account mo. After 2 months at hindi na reactivate ang iyong account ito ay magiging permanenteng disconnected.

              Hi @frcasg yes possible ang temporary disconnection kung lalabas ka ng bansa, maximum na sasabihin ng CSR ay 60 days pero actually pwede kahit 90 days or more, ang gagawin mo lang eh let them disconnect your account temporarily for the maximum allowed then tawag ka nalang ulit sa kanila na you're going to extend the temporary disconnection prior dun sa date na mag auto reconnect yung acocunt mo, kc  sa system nila iseset lang yung date ng from - to tapos auto connect na, buhay ulit yung line mo hehe..

               

              yun nga ang catch magmomove din yung lock in period mo since nde counted yung months na nagpa temp disconnect ka

               

              wala kang babayaran habang temporary disconnected pa yung Plan mo. Kung hindi mo nabantayan at nag auto-reconnect sya then after a week ka nagpadisconnect ulit, pro rated sya so babayaran mo lang eh yung days na connected yung Line mo

               

              take note also pag temporary disconnected ang Line mo it means wala kang signal as in totally dead ang sim mo hehe

                I agree to what my peers mentioned. Temporary disconnection is possible. Please call the Hotline for help.  Again, the lock-up period gets adjusted.
