    Reconnection

      Hi Good day!

       

      i am subscribing the family combo plan and was disconnected last february this year.

      and now i am planning to pay the outstanding balance in half payment. will my plan be

      reconnected though half only of the amount i am to pay?

          Please call 211 or (02) 730-1000 for immediate assistance. Your issue is account specific.

           

          As far as I know, they will ask you to pay the Outstanding Balance. You also have the option to visit a Globe Business Center.
