    Fair use policy still not lifted on my account

      Hi globe community.

      I wanted to ask if anyone here is experiencing the same issue I have for 2 days now.

      What it is, is that my speed right now is not what Im currently subscribed on which is 3 mbps. It is now happening for 2 days. I have called tech support already and what they will advise is to just moniter my connection and it will reset at 12 midnight. The thing is its not happening and I have to deal with it since no one from their hotline is able to provide resolution to my problem.

      I understand if my account gets affected by the policy but 2 days and without any reason, thats is not acceptable.

      So anyone here has the same problem? And I would like to also know how it got resolve.
