    Poor costumer service


      So we got a new plan and the unit was set to arrive today but nothing was delivered to our address. I contacted both talk2globe chat and the globe hotline and asked what is the status of our unit.... annnndd the answer is they don't know. I was kind of disappointed right now after hearing their different answers. The talk2globe said that they can't followup for the delivery for they only have limited knowledge and resources, while the csr said that the request was not yet forwarded which is kind of sad... :smileysad: They told me that they are going to process and send the request to the support team.. I'm hoping it will arrive tomorrow :smileysad:
