Globe alone doesn't have an authority to downgrade anyones plan without confirming them or asking their permission. May I ask have you filed 2 Line applications? Maybe there is a misunderstanding.
Let this be confirmed from the Globe store where you availed your plan. Or call the customer support. Since if you have applied the line with a gadget the cashout or payments may vary from plan 1799 to 999.
