    Online payment problem

      Hi all,

      I'm having a problem with my bill. I paid it online via Asia United Bank (as I usually do) but is not reflecting. I talked to a Globe personel via chat and said that I still have an outstanding balance. I forwarded the email receipt of the online transaction. I also called the bank and provided the reference number of the transaction. They confirmed that it was credited to my account and the transaction is successful. Can anyone here help me what to do regarding this matter? The due date of my bill is on the end of month. I want to work this out before the due date.
