    Increase of Plan Denied due to verification should only be done on a Holiday.

      I was denied at SM Southmall business office today of changing my Plan 999 to 1799 because they needed the verification from my HR to be done on Monday, August 26. Isn't Monday a holiday? Why can't it be done on Tuesday? Ok, my line is 2 months old but a one day difference? Is that going to be a big problem? I'm already a new customer which has already been approved and checked. Is this how Globe treats it's new customers? Wouldn't Globe benefit from me given the fact that I want to increase my plan? That you've convinced me to generate a sale?

      I hope Globe could convince me again otherwise to see them again as good provider of telecom services and as previous worker for Innove's Wiredline Outside Plant Implementation whom they have taught me to care and prioritize for your customer.
