    POSTPAID application....

Globe, sobrang disappointed ako sa service nyo. May tumawag sa landline namin and is askin us if we would like to apply for a postpaid plan 499. I got interested, so I said yes. Sa una, ang ganda ng usapan. May within 3-5 days daw delivery. And kung hindi pa ako magrereklamo dun sa talk2Globe nyo, wala pang tatawag sa amin to ask if we would like to continue our postpaid application. Puro na lang pangako na may tatawag sa amin for delivery for the next 24-48 hours.. pero nakakailang agent nyo na ang nagsasabi sa akin nan. Hanggang ngayon. MUKANG WALA PA RIN USAD ANG PHONE DELIVERY NA YAN. Ano ba ito? lokohan lang? This is the second time na nangyari to sa application ko! Ano ba Globe? May iniintay ba talaga ako na tawag at DELIVERY galing sa inyo? O puro kalokohan lang yan?! PAKI AYOS NAMAN NG SERVICE NYO!

          Iba naman sakin...

I received a call from Globe Manila confirming my postpaid application.

However when I confirmed that I was applying for Plan 1799 Galaxy S4,
he referred me back to the Globe Store in SM City Cebu because the info they received for my application was for a Huawei G510.

He wants me to verify my application again at the store because of the error.

How could anyone mix up an application for a Galaxy S4 for a Huawei when a form is actually filled out stating which plan you want to avail?

In addition to that, I made a follow up through 3 available avenues; the Globe hotline, talk2globe and the store itself, all stating that the plan was for 1799 Galaxy S4.

I just hope we wont have to wait several days again for Globe Manila to confirm my application once the store corrects the error.
