I received a call from Globe Manila confirming my postpaid application.
However when I confirmed that I was applying for Plan 1799 Galaxy S4,
he referred me back to the Globe Store in SM City Cebu because the info they received for my application was for a Huawei G510.
He wants me to verify my application again at the store because of the error.
How could anyone mix up an application for a Galaxy S4 for a Huawei when a form is actually filled out stating which plan you want to avail?
In addition to that, I made a follow up through 3 available avenues; the Globe hotline, talk2globe and the store itself, all stating that the plan was for 1799 Galaxy S4.
I just hope we wont have to wait several days again for Globe Manila to confirm my application once the store corrects the error.
