I don't think Globe has any customer-facing tool that would show payment history, except when you make all your payments online.
If online payment is not one of your payment channels, you need to call 211 or go to a Globe store and have a representative discuss to you your payment history. Otherwise, you'd have to do treasure hunting of your receipts.
If payments are made through your local bank's online facility, you need only to run a transaction history (for the last 90 days) and check your email to review the payment confirmations by email.
If payments are made via the Globe website AFTER logging in, you can go to My Account and then to Wallet and review your payment history.
If you pay via the Paybill website, you need to check your email address for payment confirmation.

You can track your payments made through your bills but it only include payments made within the billing period.
This is an example of my payments. (Billing Period: Jul. 13~Aug. 12)
If you have the hard / soft copy of your bill then you can track your payments made. It is mostly found on the second page of yout bill.
If you lost your copy then you can ask it from chat.globe.com.ph and send it to your e-mail.
I hope I answered your question correctly.
