    How long does it take for Globe to fix your internet/phone from the time it was first reported?

      My children have reported this last week. Kept on calling CS - provided with JO's - was promised that they will come on that day and to wait till 9PM. Still none. I have to send an email to Globe Tech Support- got a response and again provided with a JO. Does it mean that new JO reverts your waiting days back to ZERO? Meaning to start again for days?
