I suggest you directly contact Globe so they can immediately file a report regarding your intermittent connections. I believe they only rely on customer's reports to check if there are areas that need to be fixed.
Try to call Globe for them to refresh your connection in their system. Then try to observe in the next few days if the problem occurs.
your facebook page is doing fine but the rest of the site and my game keeps disconnecting. so there is no problem here on my end. Please the MAXSURF is expensive as it is already then i get this disconnect every 10mins or even worse every 5 mins.
