      Hi. 4 days from now is the last cut-off for my 24h bill. And I'm planning to call globe for recontract already. How long is the process for the phone to be picked up? Thanks..

          Mas mabilis po ang process if sa GBC ka na po mismo mag apply for recontract. Same day din po makukuha mo na ang handset if available :smileyhappy:

            Try to call din po the retention department kase may magandang offers din sila na di naiooffer sa GBC para may options ka

                Please call the Loyalty Department at (02) 730-1300 and choose options 1, 1 and 2.

                Check with them the available offers. If you decide to recontract, tell the agent that you are going to pick-up the phone in a Business Center.
