Hi, my BB Z10 that is officially from Globe is not registering in Blackberry web Portal. I had raised the issue to Blackberry Support already and they said that I have to get Globe to raise support ticket to Blackberry for my issue to be solve. This is their reply:
Talk to Globe technical support and ask them to escalate this to BlackBerry.
They should have a support contract to open a ticket for you without you having to pay to contact BlackBerry
