    s4 recontracting issue...super delay!!!

      i called 08/29 to recontract after a long and frustrating dispute about an old account not being properly taken care of by your support team. i thought my headaches were over. i was advised to pick up my s4 from sm baguio globe center 9/9, but when i got there they told me "sir wala p naman kami nareceive na shipment para sa order nyo". i was advised to do a follow up sa hotline, i did. i was advised 24-48 hours feedback from support team. i waited, got no feedback. called again only to be advised that there was never a shipment sent for my order since there was no unit available fromthe day that i processed my order and to think i was assured na meron. ano po ba talaga at wala man lang akong makuhang date kung kelan.

          same issue din po na encounter ko sa recontracting. 1 month bago ko nakuha ung S4. kung hindi kapa mag-fofollowup hindi ka nila bibigyan ng updates. puro lang "rest assured" at "sorry for inconvenience" ang maririnig mo sa customer service. ganito po ginawa ko, nung tumawag ako sa CS naghanap na ako ng supervisor para sya ang tumawag sa pickup store to verify kung nandun na ung unit ko kc ung mga agent wala daw cla access to make outside calls. nag demand ako na kaylangan ko makuha ung unit that day. then hindi din makapag commit ung supervisor. finally after a month nakuha ko na din. kala ko tapos na problema ko. ung sim activation naman almost 2 weeks na ngayon. wala pa din action.

           

          tip lang po: kung regular sim ka then irereplace nila ng micro sim ipadouble check nyo po ung sim serial#, ung nakuha ko po kc sbi nung CS nla is used na. 1st thing 1st pano nangyari un. natatawa na lang ako sa mga alibi ng CS nila. also kayo na din po mag bigay ng sim serial# & imei# nung phone. ung sakin kasi hindi kinuha nung agent ng store kaya 1 factor daw ung kaya hindi naactive ung sim ko agad need daw ung infos na ung sa account ko.

              thanks for the feedback guys fin:smileyvery-happy:ally was able to get a hold of someone from the hotline who i urged to look for available stocks that sm baguio can spare. im actually using my gs4  now to reply. wohooo!
