Is the previous plan was named after you or the previous company you work with?
If it is named after you then @hcescala is right you need to settle the payment first. Before you can apply for a new plan under your name again.
If it is under your previous company, There is a chance that your new application can be approve which will be under your name as your personal account.
Or you can apply a postpaid line under your current company as a business line..
