    go sakto unlimited call and globe fair policy problem

      pwede bang paki clear naman itong issue ko kanina 

       

      nag subscribe ako sa GOSAKTO kahapon ng unlimited call and 100 all network text for one day sa globe around 2pm. 

      and kanina before mag 2pm nag register ako ulet for another unlimited call and 100 all network text for one day dahil alam kong mageexpire na ako in a few minutes and may kailangan na akong tawagan.

       

      problem-

      1. ginamit ko sya ng ilang beses and around 5pm may tinawagan ako ulet thankful na lang ako dahil hindi ko ni consume ang 12mins dahil may meeting na ang tinawagan ko nung binaba ko yung call inupdate ako na below 20 na lang ang load ko. nag check ako ng status ko to my surprize free text na lang ang mayron ako.

       

      tumawag ako sa globe and explain everything and yung agent tinanong pa sakin ang kung magkano ang nawala sakin na ang dating ng boses nya is parang hindi naman kalakihan ang nawala sakin. and sabe sakin system generated na daw at wala ng magagawa ang complaint ko.

       

      -regardless kung magkano sana ang nawala what if may load ako enough na ma consume ng 12 minutes hindi ba dapat karapatan ko din malaman na nagexceed na ako sa limit ng call ko para naman makapag register na alng ako ulet kesa makainan ako ng walang kaalam alam, sana man lang may text ako informing na exceed na ako like supersurf.

       

      -ang point ko din sa complaint ko is kaka register ko lang ng bagong unlimited call  and yung naunang kong registration is expired na, hindi ba dapat sana man lang ma replenish yung high usage na nagamit ko sa first registration ko since bago na naman yung registration ko po?

       

      -I respect globe fair policy and i have nothing againts it but hindi ba unfair ang nangyari sakin? and if ever ang system ng globe sa pagcount ng overused ay per day at hindi per registration sana man lang ma inform din kaming consumer nila? or atleast man lang paki clear dito kung paano ang policy nila dito? di sana ginamit ko na lang yung isang globe ko at yun ang pinang unli ko hindi pa ako nasayangan ng load.

       

      -what if i registered for 7days unlimited call and nagkataon na napa sobra ako ng gamit on the first day? will your system terminate my subscription since system generated sya at na detect na over na ako? 

       

      -and by the way isang number lang tinatawagan ko madalas..2 ang globe prepaid na minamaintain ko at buong family namin ay naka globe. thank you in advance.

          but to answer some question,

           

          Why was not I informed of this policy of Fair Use or not warned prior to deactivation?

           

          Upon each subscriber's registration to the SUPERTXTALL promo, the confirmation message includes a guideline on Acceptable Terms of Use, with a link that directs to the Globe website. Additionally, prior to deactivation, Globe sends sufficient SMS warnings to subscribers with unusually high usage to regulate their use of the promo.

           

           



          Why do you call your service "unlimited" when it is not really unlimited?

          The unlimited offer was intended for personal use only. NTC rules that promos are subjected to Acceptable Terms on Fair Use of Globe. Globe Telecom reserves the right to terminate/suspend promo subscription/s that violates this policy. This policy prevents network abuse, allows us to fully optimize network capacity and maintain quality of its services for subscribers.

           

          I was not able to enjoy my unli promo subscription for the full 30 days. Can you reverse the charges for my 30-day subscription?

           

          Globe Telecom cannot entertain any requests for reversal of charges. If your 30-day subscription was pre-terminated, it was most likely because your usage for the duration of your subscription far exceeded the normal 30-day usage of an average subscriber.

           

           

           

          dun po sa pagregister mo..ikaw po ba ay globe subscriber or TM? kung globe ka po..hindi ka makakaregister sa promo hangga't active pa po ang iyong kasalukuyang promo. as you mention na 2pm ka nagunli ang nagregister ka before mag2pm so possible po na hindi ka nakapagregister.

           

          nagpapadala po ng sms ang globe kung sakaling nagexceed ka sa FUP / AUP

          or kung nagexpired na ang iyong subscription sa promo.
