The best way to know the phone which are available for recontracting/upgrade is by calling the customer service.
They are the only one that can provide you that list.

Hi @cherieannc you upgraded your Plan as Loyalty/Recontracting? Please note loyalty handsets are subject to change without prior notice, maybe during your call it was available for recontracting/loyalty but now it is not, the best way is to check with the Loyalty department for the options of handsets and rewards.
